We only accept investment decision-makers into our network including GPs, LPs, angel investors and institutional players. On the startup side, we require strong traction or backing from established VCs. All investors go through a light but meaningful KYC process and we evaluate their strategic value-add to the ecosystem.

Trust doesn’t scale easily. That’s been our biggest challenge — and our biggest win. We’ve learned that global scale only works when it’s grounded in local trust. That’s why VNTR has invested heavily in building real-world presence across 40+ countries, with 30+ active chapters spanning North America, Europe, MENA, LATAM, and Southeast Asia. To go deeper, we launched the VNTR Chapter Directors Fellowship — a selective 5-week accelerator for emerging leaders in venture. It equips them with the tools, playbooks, and network access to build vibrant investor communities in their regions. Fellows graduate with a 12-month roadmap, the option to launch a regional syndicate or micro-fund, and become official VNTR partners on the ground. This program allows us to scale trust through leadership — by empowering a new generation of venture catalysts: investors, entrepreneurs, fund managers, and ecosystem enablers who activate local markets with a global context. Yuri has spent over a decade building ecosystems — from Silicon Valley to MENA. Before VNTR, he launched Startup Monthly, built Startup Socials across 35 cities, ran pre-seed funds, investor education programs, and global networking events for founders and LPs. But one thing was always missing: a trusted, global community for professional investors to collaborate, co-invest and grow together. That’s what led to the creation of VNTR. VNTR was born from a simple, yet powerful idea: great investors don’t just need more deals. They need better people around the table. People they trust. People who share. People who show up.
